How to fix an email address/account

This guideline shows how to test the functionality of a Webnode email account.

1. The first step is to send a mail from one of our testing accounts to the address of the user.
Accounts for testing e-mails:
 - Gmail: webnode.test.mail@gmail.com ( password: 6f5e4d3c2b1a )
 - Yahoo: webnode.testmail@yahoo.com ( password: 1-2-3-4-5-6 )

2. Then follow this guide to identify the problem (click on the pic to open it at full size):

If the issues have appeared after setting the email account on some external app like Outlook, follow the instructions for using the "Fix e-mail tool".
